Pickup Stores

Instead of delivering a package to your home or business address, you can have your order delivered to an Olam Pickup Store. Then, you can collect it at a time that suits you.

If there’s no physical address to deliver your order, you can select an Olam Pickup Store in your vicinity to complete the order. Please note, even though a PO Box is considered to be a physical address, we do not deliver orders there. In this case as well, you can opt for an Olam Pickup Store and get your order delivered.

Place an Order to the Olam Pickup Store

While selecting a delivery address for your order, search for an Olam Pickup Store near you and select it as your delivery address.

To place your future orders to this Olam Pickup Store, add this address to your account –

1. Go to Add Addresses. Click on  Follow Find an Olam pickup location near you and enter your location.
2. Select the address from your list and add to your account.

Note: Olam Pickup Stores are available only in select pin codes. Fulfilled by Olam and Prime eligible items measuring up to 53 cm x 37.5 cm x 30 cm and weighing less than 9 kg can be delivered to an Olama Pickup Store.

Collect Your Order

When your package is ready for pickup, you receive an SMS and email notification.

The store address and its working hours are included in these notifications.

At the store, present a valid photo ID for the purpose of verification.

The following IDs are accepted:

• Voter ID card
• PAN Card
• Passport
• Driving License
• Aadhaar Card
• Employer ID card with photo
• ID card provided by institutions such as Student ID card with photo

If you can’t make it to the Olam Pickup Store, you can send a friend to collect your package. They must show a copy of your photo ID, signed by you.

Collect your package within seven days of it arriving at the store. After seven days, we’ll take it back and give you a refund.
