To ensure your order reaches in good condition in the shortest span of time. We ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges varies with each product and the zones. Currenrly delivery charges waived of for shipping above Rs.1999/-and 2499/ for local and domestic orders depending open delivery zones and above Rs.1,49,999/- for global orders.This may change without notice. We request you to kindly check the same during checkout.

For Cuttack city Home Grocery and Vegetables : Currently delivery charges is Rs.50/- for orders containing only daily essentials like Grocery and Vegetables. Delivery is free for order value more than Rs.1999/- . The rate is not applicable for orders containing both daily essential and non-essential products.Eligible PIN code from 753001 to 753030.

 *   Essential products like Grocery and vegetables are deliverable only in Cuttack for PIN code from 753001 to 753030.

*   Minimum order amount is Rs.999/-.

How the delivery charge is calculated?

The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges . Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi. If applicable in your region, there will be an extra octroi charges for shipment to Moharastra region.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Dispatch and delivery your order may take longer than usual during this pandemic. We sincerely request your kindly cooperation in this regard. Please call between 10 AM to 05 PM from Monday to Saturday in case of any queries. 

Some time delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays or any other unforeseen circumstances.

OAEC always committed to deliver your order with good quality package with given time frame.However unfortunately, we will not be compensating for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. You can cancel the order at any time exceed the expected delivery time.

What if non receipt of package post expected delivery date?

In the event of non receipt of your product beyond expected delivery date, we request you to reach-out to  us mentioning your order id. We will follow our courier partners. This may take two to three weeks of time to settle your order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tempered with or damaged before delivery, please refuge to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new relacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send us the product back.

How many delivery attempts will be made?

Our corier partners will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the shipment(s) of our customers. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s) at our discretion.

What happens if order returned undelivered?

For wrong address or the consignee is not available while our courier partners are try to deliver the consignment , the order returns to origin by the courier. We will cancel such orders once we receive the consignment back in the origin and refund will be initiated in after deducting the to and fro shipping charges. 

Why is the CoD not offered in some location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partners serving your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have expected this limit. Please enter PIN code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.

Does OAEC deliver internationally?

Currently shipping is available to different location of Australia, France, Germany, Hongkong, Japan, Singapore, Sweden, Swizerland, United Kingdom and United States depending upon the PIN/ZIP coverage area of our corier partners. Shipping rates are calculated based on actual/Volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
