Please note, even though a PO Box is considered to be a physical address, we do not deliver orders there. Fulfilled by Olam and Prime eligible items measuring up to 53 cm x 37.5 cm x 30 cm and weighing less than 9 kg can be delivered to an Olama Pickup Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Collect Your Order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n When your package is ready for pickup, you receive an SMS and email notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The store address and its working hours are included in these notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the store, present a valid photo ID for the purpose of verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The following IDs are accepted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you can’t make it to the Olam Pickup Store, you can send a friend to collect your package. They must show a copy of your photo ID, signed by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Collect your package within seven days of it arriving at the store.
