Instead of delivering a package to your home or business address, you can have your order delivered to an Olam Pickup Store. Then, you can collect it at a time that suits you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If there’s no physical address to deliver your order, you can select an Olam Pickup Store in your vicinity to complete the order. Please note, even though a PO Box is considered to be a physical address, we do not deliver orders there. In this case as well, you can opt for an Olam Pickup Store and get your order delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place an Order to the Olam Pickup Store<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While selecting a delivery address for your order, search for an Olam Pickup Store near you and select it as your delivery address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To place your future orders to this Olam Pickup Store, add this address to your account \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Add Addresses.<\/a> Click<\/a> on  Follow Find an Olam pickup location near you<\/strong> and enter your location.<\/li>
  2. Select the address from your list and add to your account.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Note: <\/strong>Olam Pickup Stores are available only in select pin codes. Fulfilled by Olam and Prime eligible items measuring up to 53 cm x 37.5 cm x 30 cm and weighing less than 9 kg can be delivered to an Olama Pickup Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Collect Your Order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When your package is ready for pickup, you receive an SMS and email notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The store address and its working hours are included in these notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    At the store, present a valid photo ID for the purpose of verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
